Please be informed that, by the attached “Designation of Appointing Authority,” the Secretary-General of the Permanent Court of Arbitration (the “PCA”) has designated Judge Dominique Hascher as appointing authority under the 1976 UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules (the “UNCITRAL Rules") in the above-referenced matter.

Judge Hascher has informed the PCA that he does not request any remuneration at this time to act as appointing authority in this matter.

The Parties are invited to provide Judge Hascher with such information as may be required to enable and facilitate the proper performance of its functions as appointing authority under the UNCITRAL Rules. Copies of relevant correspondence received by the PCA, as set out in the enclosed list, are being sent to Judge Hascher.
