Upon consideration of Petitioner Sigma Constructores, S.A.'s ("Petitioner") Motion for Issuance of Letters Rogatory Under the Inter-American Service Convention on Letters Rogatory and Additional Protocol ("IACAP"),

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Petitioner's Motion is GRANTED. The Court will sign and affix the Seal of the Court to the Request Form (Exhibit A to Petitioner's Motion) on pages 2 and 5, in the locations designated "Signature and stamp of the judicial or other adjudicatory authority of the State of origin." Petitioner may retrieve the signed and sealed copy from the Court.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Petitioner shall provide an update to the Court regarding the status of service upon Respondent under IACAP every 60 days following the date of entry of this order.
