For the reasons stated in the Court’s Memorandum Opinion [83] issued on August 13, 2025, and the Court’s Memorandum Opinion [91] issued on November 24, 2025, it is hereby

ORDERED that Respondent’s Motion for Summary Judgment [74] is DENIED and Petitioner’s Cross-Motion for Summary Judgment [78] is GRANTED; it is

FURTHER ORDERED that the August 2, 2019, award in ICSID Case No. ARB/14/12 shall be enforced in the same manner as if it were a final judgment of a court of general jurisdiction in one of the several states; and it is

FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall enter a JUDGMENT in favor of Blasket Renewable Investments, LLC in the amount of $47,614,158.41 as of the date of this judgment, plus postjudgment interest at the rate specified in 28 U.S.C. § 1961.
