  1. This Procedural Order addresses the Claimant’s proposed case schedule (received on June 9, 2025), the Respondent’s proposed case schedule (received on June 27, 2025), and a request from the Claimant to file its update on security for costs (“SFC”) by July 5, 2025 (received on July 1, 2025).
  2. The Tribunal has reviewed the Parties’ proposals on the case schedule and has taken their submissions into account. Attached to this Order is an updated schedule (Annex B – as of July 2, 2025) which will apply to the remainder of this case. This schedule comes into effect as of today’s date and replaces the prior Annex B in Procedural Order No. 1.
  3. The Tribunal agrees to the Claimant sending its update on progress in obtaining the SFC by July 5, 2025. The Tribunal wishes to reiterate that it will review the details provided concerning the security and will advise whether it is approved with all due expedition. Upon receipt of the Tribunal’s approval, the Claimant will have 30 days to implement the SFC, as explained in Procedural Order No. 5, paragraph 13.

ORDER

4. For the foregoing reasons, the Tribunal orders as follows:

  1. Revised Annex B, attached to this Order, shall be applicable as of today’s date; and
  2. The Claimant shall file its update on obtaining SFC by July 5, 2025.
