GRANTING PETITIONER'S MOTION FOR RELIEF PURSUANT TO 28 U.S.C. § 1610(C)

For the reasons stated in the Court's Memorandum Opinion separately and contemporaneously issued, Petitioner's motion for relief pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1610(c) (ECF No. 33) is GRANTED. It is hereby:

ORDERED that, based on the Court's findings that the Gabonese Republic was properly given notice of the Court's January 17, 2025 Order entering final judgment (ECF No. 27) in accordance with 28 U.S.C. § 1608(e), and “that a reasonable period of time has elapsed following the entry of judgment and giving of . . . notice,” id. § 1610(c), that Petitioner may now seek attachment or execution, pursuant to id. § 1610(a)–(b), to satisfy this Court's judgment.
