SATISFACTION OF JUDGMENTS

WHEREAS a judgment confirming the arbitral award was entered in the above action on November 14, 2016, in favor of plaintiff Sistem Mühendislik Inşaat Sanayi Ve Ticaret, A.Ş. and against defendant The Kyrgyz Republic, in the amount of US $11,603,319 plus post-judgment interest (Dkt. 131); and

WHEREAS a judgment on accumulated contempt sanctions was entered in the above action on May 7, 2020, in favor of plaintiff Sistem Mühendislik Inşaat Sanayi Ve Ticaret, A.Ş. and against defendant The Kyrgyz Republic, in the amount of US $2,281,371.82 plus post-judgment interest (Dkt. 218); and

WHEREAS a second judgment on accumulated contempt sanctions was entered in the above action on November 21, 2022, in favor of plaintiff Sistem Mühendislik Inşaat Sanayi Ve Ticaret, A.Ş. and against defendant The Kyrgyz Republic, in the amount of US $8,560,000 plus post-judgment interest (Dkt. 264); and

WHEREAS, pursuant to the parties’ Settlement Agreement dated September 26, 2024, the foregoing three judgments have been deemed fully paid and satisfied, and it is certified that there are no outstanding executions thereon with any sheriff or marshal;

THEREFORE, full and complete satisfaction of said judgments is hereby acknowledged, and the Clerk of the Court is hereby authorized to make an entry of the full and complete satisfaction on the docket of said judgments.
