FURTHER ORDERED that the arbitral award issued on July 21, 2017 in ICSID Case No. ARB/09/1 is enforced in the same manner as if it were a final judgment of a court of general jurisdiction in one of the several states; and it is

FURTHER ORDERED that judgment is entered in favor of Petitioner in the amount of $390,907,115.55 as of the date of this judgment, see ECF 28 at 13, plus postjudgment interest as provided by 28 U.S.C. § 1961, from the date of this judgment to the date of payment in full; and it is

FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of Court shall terminate this case.

This is a final appealable Order.
