ORDER

Upon consideration of the Parties’ Joint Status Report, it is hereby ORDERED that (i) this matter is stayed until termination of the stay of enforcement of the arbitration award in LSF-KEB Holdings SCA and others v. Republic of Korea, ICSID Case No. ARB/12/37 (“Award”) that is presently in place in the annulment proceedings before the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes, and (ii) the Parties shall file a further joint status report at such time as the ICSID annulment proceedings conclude, but in no event later than August 1, 2024.
