For the reasons set forth in the Court’s Memorandum Opinion issued on July 22, 2026, ECF No. 41, and pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 58, it is hereby ORDERED that JUDGMENT IS ENTERED in favor of Petitioner Qatar National Bank against Respondent Republic of South Sudan in the following amounts:
USD 1,021,282,210, representing the amount due under the Facility Agreement, together with post-award interest compounded quarterly at a rate of 13.60975% (corresponding to 6% + 2% + USD 3-month LIBOR (as applicable on the latest Quotation Day of December 27, 2023, which the Parties calculated as 5.61%)) from May 7, 2024, until payment in full;
USD 1,350,445.65, representing Petitioner’s costs of representation, together with post-judgment interest accruing at the rate of 4.036% per annum from the date of entry of this Judgment until payment in full; and
USD 266,427.68, representing the arbitration costs awarded to Petitioner, together with post-judgment interest accruing at the rate of 4.036% per annum from the date of the entry of this Judgment until payment in full.
