JUDGMENT

This matter came before the Court, the Honorable Amit P. Mehta, United States District Judge, on the motion for summary judgment brought by Border Timbers Limited (“Border Timbers”) and Hangani Development Co. (Private) Limited (“Hangani”) (collectively, “Petitioners”) in connection with their Petition to confirm and enforce an arbitration award. The Court, having reviewed the Petition, the arbitration award, and all supporting papers and opposition papers, and having issued, on July 24, 2026, its Memorandum Opinion granting the motion for summary judgment;

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that:

1. The arbitration award in the arbitration Border Timbers Limited, Timber Products International (Private Limited) and Hangani Development Co. (Private) Limited v. Republic of Zimbabwe (ICSID Case No. ARB/10/25), dated July 28, 2015 (the "Award"), is confirmed in all respects pursuant to 22 U.S.C. § 1650a.
2. In accordance with the pecuniary obligations contained in the Award, judgment is entered in favor of Border Timbers and Hangani against the Republic of Zimbabwe as follows:

1. in the amounts of $126,569,887, £1,024,718 and ZAR87,345, which includes pre-award and post-award interest through July 31, 2026.
2. Starting August 1, 2026, interest shall accrue at the SOFR rate plus 2%, compounded every six months, through the date that final judgment is entered, which, until December 31, 2026, is $19,632.03, £158.94 and ZAR13.55 per day.
3. From the date judgment is entered until the judgment is satisfied in full, post-judgment interest shall accrue at the statutory interest rate set forth in 28 U.S.C. § 1961.
