CEF Energia, B.V. (“CEF”) and Greentech Energy Systems A/S (now known as Athena Investments A/S) (“Greentech"), Novenergia General Partner S.A. (acting as liquidator of Novenergia II Energy & Environment (SCA) SICAR) (“Novenergia”), and Novenergia II Italian Portfolio (“Novenergia II,” together with Greentech and Novenergia, the “Greentech Petitioners,” and collectively with CEF, “Petitioners”) and the Italian Republic (“Italy”) make this submission pursuant to the Court’s Minute Order of May 15, 2023, instructing the parties to file a Joint Status Report to update the court on the set-aside proceedings pending before the Svea Court of Appeal (“Svea Court”) in Sweden “every thirty (30) days.”
Status of Italy v. Greentech Proceedings
1. On August 16, 2023, Italy requested an extension to submit its written observations on the continued proceedings until August, 28 2023. On August 17, 2023, the Svea Court granted Italy’s request.

2. On August 18, 2023, the Greentech Petitioners submitted their written observations on the continued proceedings.
3. On August 28, 2023, Italy submitted its written observations on the continued proceedings.
4. On August 30, 2023, the Svea Court ordered the Greentech Petitioners to submit a brief by September 13, 2023, with respect to Italy’s submission of January 16, 2023 and Italy’s written observations of August 28, 2023.
Status of Italy v. CEF Proceedings
5. On August 16, 2023, Italy requested an extension to submit its written observations on the continued proceedings until August 28, 2023. On August 17, 2023, the Svea Court granted Italy’s request
6. On August 18, 2023, CEF submitted its written observations on the continued proceedings.
7. On August 28, 2023, Italy submitted its written observations on the continued proceedings.
8. On August 30, 2023, the Svea Court ordered CEF to submit a brief by September 13, 2023, with respect to Italy’s submission of February 14, 2023 and Italy’s written observations of August 28, 2023.
