The Tribunal has now decided to dismiss all of the Respondent’s objections to jurisdiction and admissibility. Consequently, the Tribunal declares the proceedings closed in respect of the issues of jurisdiction and admissibility in accordance with Article 31(1) of the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules.
