ORDER

For the reasons set forth in the Court's accompanying Memorandum Opinion, it is hereby

ORDERED that Petitioner's Motion for Default Judgment against Respondent South Sudan, ECF No. 19, and Petitioner's Motion for Summary Judgment against Respondent Bank of South Sudan, ECF No. 20, are both GRANTED. It is further ORDERED that Respondent Bank of South Su-dan's Motion for Summary Judgment, ECF No. 27, and Respondent Bank of South Sudan's Mo-tion to Strike, ECF No. 36, are both DENIED. It is further ORDERED that Respondent Bank of South Sudan's Motion to File Surreply, ECF No. 37, is GRANTED. The Clerk of Court is directed to docket ECF No. 37-1 as Respondent Bank of South Sudan's surreply.

It is further ORDERED that by August 12, 2026, Petitioner shall file a proposed final judgment as to Respondent South Sudan consistent with the Court's Memorandum Opinion.

It is further ORDERED that by August 12, 2026, Petitioner and Respondent Bank of South Sudan shall file a joint proposed final judgment as to Respondent Bank of South Sudan, consistent with the Court's Memorandum Opinion. If the parties are unable to reach agreement on the pro-posed final judgment, they shall file separate proposed final judgments, along with separate expla-nations for their respective positions regarding the final judgment.
