Notice is hereby given this 11th day of July, 2025, that the Russian Federation, (“Respondent"), hereby appeals to the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit from the Court's Order, (ECF No. 103), and Memorandum Opinion, (ECF No. 104), entered on June 11, 2025, denying Respondent's Motion to Dismiss on grounds of sovereign immunity, (ECF No. 61), which is immediately appealable under the collateral-order doctrine and 28 U.S.C. §1291. See Princz v. Fed. Republic of Germany, 998 F.2d 1, 1 (1993).

This notice is filed in an abundance of caution pending the Court's ruling on Respondent's Fed.R.Civ.P. 59(e) Motion to Amend, (ECF No. 106), filed on July 3, 2025, which tolls the time to appeal under Fed.R.App.P. 4(a)(4)(A)(iv).
