The Court docketed the petition for a writ of certiorari in the above-captioned case on May 5, 2025. On May 21, 2025, the Court granted Respondents’ motion to extend the time to file their response to July 9, 2025. On July 8, 2025, the Court granted Respondents’ further motion to extend the time to file their response to August 8, 2025. Responses to the petition are currently due August 8, 2025.
