Upon consideration of [98] plaintiff Blasket Renewable Investment, LLC's motion for relief pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1610(c) and 28 U.S.C. § 1963, [103] defendant Kingdom of Spain's cross-motion to stay enforcement of the judgment and quash subpoenas, [107] Spain's second motion to quash subpoenas, and the entire record herein, for the reasons set forth in the Memorandum Opinion issued on this day, it is hereby ORDERED that:
- Blasket's motion [98] for relief pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1610(c) and 28 U.S.C. § 1963 is GRANTED; Blasket may commence execution and attachment proceedings against Spain to enforce [92] the judgement issued on November 24, 2025, and may register the judgment in other federal districts.
- Spain's cross-motion [103] is DENIED as to its request to stay judgment enforcement and post-judgment discovery, and DEFERRED as to its request to quash subpoenas Blasket has issued to Spain's legal counsel.
- Consideration of Spain's second motion to quash subpoenas [107] is DEFERRED.

- The parties shall meet and confer regarding Spain's objections to the third-party subpoenas, and shall submit a Joint Status Report by not later than May 25, 2026, updating the Court on any remaining areas of dispute and proposing next steps for resolving these disputes.
