For the reasons stated in the Court's Memorandum Opinion, ECF No. 25, the Court DENIES the Defendant's Motion to Dismiss or, in the alternative, to Stay, ECF No. 15. The Defendant is ORDERED to file an Opposition to the Petition to Confirm Arbitration Award, ECF No. 1, by March 12, 2026. If the Defendant believes an evidentiary hearing is needed in this matter, the Defendant should request one in that motion and cite to points and authorities for doing so. The Plaintiff shall file a reply by April 13, 2026. The Defendant may move again for a stay by April 20, 2026.
