  1. The procedural calendar was set by the Tribunal in Procedural Order No. 2, dated 10 May 2025, and updated in Procedural Order No. 5, dated 2 August 2025.
  2. On 11 September 2025, the Parties indicated that they had agreed certain amendments to the procedural calendar, and requested the Tribunal’s approval of these.
  3. On 30 September 2025, the Tribunal indicated that it approves the newly proposed dates, with the exception that it needs to adjust the date for the Tribunal’s Notification of Witnesses and Experts not called by the Parties further to Wednesday 19 August 2026, to account for its members’ prior commitments.
  4. That same date, the Tribunal invited the Parties to confirm their availability for the two Case Management Conferences that have not yet been scheduled; the Parties provided their responses on 1 October 2025 and 6 October 2025.
  5. For the sake of good order, the current procedural calendar is set forth in full in Annex A to this order.
