THIS MOTION, made by lawyers to the Applicant, Torys LLP, was heard this day by videoconference.

ON READING the Motion Record and on hearing the submissions of the lawyer(s) for the parties and the submissions of the Applicant,

1. THIS COURT DECLARES AND ORDERS that Motion Record has been validly served on the Applicant;

2. THIS COURT ORDERS THAT Torys LLP, John Terry and Emily Sherkey are removed as lawyers of record for the Applicant.

3. THIS COURT ORDERS THAT the Applicant shall, within 60 days after being served with the Order removing Torys as lawyers of record:

(a) Appoint a new lawyer of record by serving a Notice under Rule 15.03(2) of the Rules of Civil Procedure; or

(b) Serve a Notice of Intention to Act in Person pursuant to Rule 15.03(3) of the Rules of Civil Procedure; and

4. THIS COURT ORDERS THAT if the Applicant fails to comply with paragraph 3 of this Order:

(a) the court may dismiss the proceeding; and

(b) in an appeal,

(i) a judge of the appellate court may, on motion, dismiss an appeal by the Applicant, or

(ii) the court hearing the appeal may deny the Applicant the right to be heard.

5. THIS COURT ORDERS that a copy of this Order shall be sent by email to the Applicant to [email protected], [email protected] and [email protected] and that, once sent, the Order shall be deemed fully, finally and properly served on the Applicant.

6. THIS COURT ORDERS that the Russian Federation may serve any Notice under Rules 15.03(2) or 15.03(3) on Torys by email to [email protected] and on Luxtona Limited by email to [email protected].

7. THIS COURT DECLARES THAT future correspondence with the Applicant may be addressed to:
