Upon consideration of the parties’ motions, the pleadings, relevant law, related legal memoranda in opposition and support, and the entire record, for the reasons set forth in the accompanying Memorandum Opinion it is hereby

ORDERED that Defendants’ [34] Motion to Stay or, in the alternative, to Dismiss and [46] Renewed Motion to Stay are DENIED. It is also

ORDERED that the parties shall meet and confer and submit to the Court by March 31, 2022, a joint proposed final judgment consistent with the Court’s [50] Memorandum Opinion. That proposed judgment shall include the current amounts for the pre- and post-judgment interest awarded by ICSID to Plaintiff.

SO ORDERED.
