ORDER

For the reasons explained in the corresponding Memorandum Opinion issued this date, it is hereby ORDERED that the Republic of India’s motion [14] to stay is GRANTED. The above-captioned matter will be STAYED pending further order of the Court.

It is further ORDERED that the Republic of India’s motion [15] to dismiss is hereby DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. This motion may be renewed after the stay is lifted.

It is further ORDERED that on or before April 30, 2022, the parties shall file a joint status report providing an update to the Court on the ongoing set-aside proceedings in the Netherlands.

The parties shall file additional status reports every thirty (30) days thereafter until the conclusion of the set-aside proceedings.

It is further ORDERED that the parties shall notify the Court within three (3) business days of any ruling in the set-aside proceedings in the Netherlands.

It is SO ORDERED.
