Dear Mr. President and Members of the Tribunal,
Canada has already indicated to counsel for the Claimant that we are seeking direction from our clients with
respect to the Tribunal's direction. Canada would appreciate if the Claimant could provide Canada with the
simple courtesy of allowing it to fully consult with its clients in order to make any discussion with damages
experts as efficient as possible. There remains ample time to have a discussion between counsel and
damages experts prior to the Tribunal's deadline of October 7, 2020. Canada will reach out to counsel for the
Claimant with proposed times for such discussion prior to the end of this week.
