I write on behalf of the Tribunal, further to the Respondent's communication of 8 May 2020, confirming its agreement with the amendments to the procedural calendar requested by the Claimant in its Motion dated 2 May 2020.

The Tribunal confirms the Parties' agreement, and directs that the Parties file, by no later than the dates indicated below, the following written submissions:

Claimant's Memorial – Wednesday, 8 July 2020;
Should the Respondent wish to pursue bifurcation of the proceedings after having had sight of the Claimant's Memorial, the Respondent is to file its detailed objections on jurisdiction and a request for bifurcation by Monday, 24 August 2020;
If the Respondent files a request for bifurcation, the Claimant is to file its response to the Respondent's request for bifurcation by Monday, 14 September 2020.
