ORDERED that Petitioner TECO Guatemala Holdings, LLC’s motion for an order pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1610(c), Dkt. 53, is GRANTED; and it is further

ORDERED that a “reasonable period of time” under 28 U.S.C. § 1610(c) has elapsed since entry and notice of the Court’s November 4, 2019 Order and Final Judgment in this case, Dkt. 50; and it is further

ORDERED that Petitioner may pursue all permissible methods of attachment or execution of Guatemala’s property to satisfy this Court’s Order and Final Judgment.
