Dear Mesdames and Sirs,
I write on behalf of the Tribunal in respect to the procedural calendar in Annex B to Procedural Order No. 1 and in reference to the Claimant’s email of 19 December 2023 pointing out an error in the procedural calendar.
The error relates to the calculation of the due date for Requests for Production of Documents and subsequent dates. This is corrected below as follows.
