Professor Andrew Newcombe created investment treaty arbitration (ita) in 2004 to serve as a resource for professionals and researchers on Investment treaty law and arbitration. The ita site provides:
- access to all publicly available investment treaty awards;
- information and resources relating to investment treaties and investment treaty arbitration; and
- links to further resources.
Submission of investment treaty materials for posting on the site are welcome. Please email materials and any inquiries to Professor Andrew Newcombe.
Professor Newcombe gratefully acknowledges the support he has received from the Faculty of Law, University of Victoria in the creation, re-design and maintenance of this research website.
The previous version of the site is now archived here. Links to materials in the documents folder of the previous version of the site will continue to work.
